A rare hexagonal wall plaque, possibly by Osborne Ivorex, featuring a high-relief depiction of a grotesque, imp-like figure with horns, pointed ears, and a wide, toothy grin, seated with crossed legs, known as The Lincoln Imp. The figure exhibits textured fur-like details and is set within a recessed rectangular frame against a darker, mottled background. Crafted from a cast material, likely resin or a composite, it displays a variegated cream, brown, and dark grey coloration, giving it an antiqued appearance consistent with aged bone or stone. Inscribed along the lower edge of the hexagon is the text “The Lincoln Imp.” A small, stylized mark, possibly “AC” or “AG” with a number “6”, is visible near the imp’s right knee. A brass-coloured metal loop is affixed at the top for suspension. 14cm
