A limited edition automotive art print, copyrighted 1993, depicting a detailed colour illustration of a silver Mercedes-Benz ‘300 SLR’ race car with the red number “722,” characteristic of a 1950s sports car. The print is numbered “No. 009 of 850” and features a smaller grayscale illustration of the car, detailed specifications, and historical text. It is visibly signed by the artist John Francis (on the illustration and below) and additionally signed by Stirling Moss, OBE, and Denis Jenkinson (Navigator of winning car – Mille Miglia 1955), each accompanied by a small portrait sketch. The print is housed under glass within a silver-finished metal frame. An attached “Certificate of Authenticity” label on the reverse includes a German translation (“Authentizitäts-Zertifikat”) and confirms the print is one of 850 hand-signed copies. 9/850. 62.5×50.5cm
