An Osborne Ivorex ‘Plastic Sketch’ relief plaque, made from a molded composite material such as plaster or resin, with an off-white/ivory finish. The rectangular plaque features a hand-tinted architectural scene depicting a grand external staircase and building, rendered in a picturesque style. Below the relief, the subject is clearly identified as “The Norman Staircase Canterbury”. The reverse is marked “IVOREX”, “OSBORNE-COPYRIGHT”, and “MADE IN ENGLAND”. A twisted cord is present on the back for hanging. 20x15cm
