A large format colour print on paper titled ‘The Cutty Sark off Beachy Head’ by John Steven Dews (b. 1949). The print depicts a realistic marine scene of the multi-masted sailing ship “Cutty Sark” navigating turbulent waters near a cliff-lined coast with a visible lighthouse. The print is further titled “Cutty Sark – ‘Off Beachy Head'” in elegant script at the bottom centre. Faint and partially obscured copyright information is visible in the lower left corner, along with what appears to be an indistinct artist’s signature within the image area. 87×62.5cm
