A commemorative British Grand Prix year bar badge, comprising a central circular medallion with a series of seven rectangular year bars attached below. The badge is constructed from gold-tone metal with dark blue and white enamel inlay. The main circular badge is inscribed “BRITISH GRAND PRIX” around its perimeter and features a central logo depicting a stylized racing element identifying “MSA” and a numeral. Each subsequent rectangular bar, linked by small rings, is inscribed with a specific year followed by “BRITISH GRAND PRIX, ” with visible dates ranging from 1996 to 2001, and a partially visible 2003. The reverse of the top medallion is marked “MADE IN ENGLAND” and “MOTOR SPORTS ASSN. LTD., ” and features a standard safety pin clasp.
